What are foods or liquids that are good sources of Potassium(beyond the commonly known)?
My wife nearly died of potassium loss in her body(from sickness,throwing up). Beyond the commonly known things like bananas, potatoes, and Gatorade, what would be other food or drink sources of potassium(ie. not a supplement)? Any spices like cayenne pepper or other? My wife is a picky eater and Im trying to find options that might fit with her style(just trying to be all-inclusive of all types, you know). Thanks.

There isn’t that much potassium in bananas - that old myth hangs on though. Get some "No-Salt" - and just sprinkle a little on your food. It’s Potassium - and you can get however much you need that way. It’s the cheapest way to get it. When you eat bananas or potatoes, you also have to eat all that sugar you probably don’t need.
