What foods give a lot of potassium?
I have a stress reaction in one of my shins and my coaches and trainer have told me to eat bananas because they’re really high in potassium. The problem is that I really hate bananas. Does anyone know of any other foods that could give me plenty of potassium?

Bananas and potatoes are probably the most frequently used.
You’ll also find it in things like orange juice and broccoli though.
potatoes as long as you also eat the skin. and grapes and grape juice.
Orange Juice actually has some potassium, not nearly as much as bananas, the downfall of OJ is the citric acid so as long as you don’t drink it too close to game time it should actually help.
Bananas are probaly your best source, i have one every morning before cross country practice and i never have any performance crippling cramps try slicing it and putting it in a peanut butter sandwich
youll probaly like that better as long as you like peanutbutter sandwiches
