What is a good mentality that keeps you eating healthy forever?

I know I put forever and it sounds weird, but I want to start eating healthy cause it will be no use if i exercise and keep eating wrong. How do I eat healthier?

Trust me once you get used to eating health food, probably at least a year and avoid eating sugar and stuff, you won’t even think of turning back to the old crap. Once you get used to it your taste buds and everything change and the bad food doesnt appeal to you anymore. Also you feel healthy and look so good. And just thinking that right at the moment your body is taking in the nutrients it truly needs makes you feel good because you are taking care of your body and nourishing it everyday. Also the food is whole and untainted. It is not artificial and with manmade stuff into it, but is pure and will keep you living for a long long time and you feel healthy even when you are like 90.
You can’t afford not to. Unhealthy people miss out on life. They with can’t physically do things (playing team sports, skydivving) or they can’t do things to full potential. You could develop heath problems that can be expensive too.
Find out what foods are really healthy and why they are and others are not. Understanding that makes it much easier then following rules when you do not know why. See site below and see what bad carbs and fats do to you and what good fats and carbs do for you.

Well to be honest - diets don’t work! Because who in their right mind wants to be on a diet for their entire life??… that’s missing out!
So first of all, you can’t have a diet mentality. You have to start apprecating the little things your body does for you, instead of focusing on how it isn’t. Once you learn to appreciate the small things… how your legs (which yes may not be the size you want) allow you to walk, how your hands let you hold a pencil, etc. you will care more about yourself and inturn WANT to help yourself- - the old adage, ‘my body is a temple’
Try this: wake up in the morning and allow three minutes to simply admire all the things your body can do, instead of focusing on what it cant, or how it isnt….
eating healthy shouldn’t be about LOSING weight, or GIVING UP somethign… it should be about making your life full because you deserve it, but you honestly have to BELIEVE that you DESERVE healthy food!
