I was having really bad leg cramps, and my doc actually put me on a calcium and VitD supplement. He said the cramps were from the baby robbing calcium from my bones. So it might be you need to take in more calcium and vitamin D. But to answer your questions, if you can’t eat bananas, then try to take a potassium supplement by pill.
Orange juice is a good one.
Oranges or orange juice, apricots, cereals, eggs, avocado, black berries, cantaloupe, walnuts, almonds, carrots and broccoli are all good sources of potassium.
milk or OJ
bananas don’t actually have very much potassium in them so you’d be better off with something else anyway.
If your getting leg cramps try drinking a gatoraid before bed…..it helps balance your electrolytes which helps with cramps,
POTATOES!! They are full of potassium.
