Many of those drugs are Diaretics and they flush potassium. Green leafy Vegtables have lots of potasium as well as bananas
I have the same thing, just eat more banana’s (Don’t be immature about it - it’s the truth)

Let me guess: you are taking Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ). Honestly, you should probably take a potassium supplement. Cost is only $5 to $10 a bottle. You really don’t want your potassium to get low because this can lead to serious heart conditions - even life threatening.
I had a girl come in the other day that wasn’t taking potassium with her meds. She got her blood works and when the results came in. The doctor told her to immediately go to the emergency room because her potassium was so low.
Why does it happen? The drug works on your kidneys and makes you pee more. Additionally, you will be peeing out more sodium and potassium.
Foods with potassium? Bananas, spinach.
Some diuretics (hydochlorothiazide) cause potassium depletion because they cause you to urinate more frequently and flush the potassium from your body. There are potassium sparing diuretics that can be prescribed if that is a problem.
Foods with potassium in them include meats, bananas, potatoes, oranges, orange juice, cantaloupe and honeydew melon, and milk and other dairy products.
