Why does Potassium Sulphate come in granules?
Why does it come in large granules for use as fertilizer when it is far less soluble than Potassium Nitrate which comes as a powder?

both can come in whatever form you want: powder, crystals, granules,…
a consideration is always ease of application : granules are easier to broadcast & spead more evenly
unlike powder which can become airborne
after spreading it can dissolve as it may & be absorbed into the soil
