Why my heartbeat is high and bp so low?
I am 19 year old girl,normal weight,non-smoker,non-drinker.
I have generally low bp-90/60 and very high heartbeat even 130+.
I feel tired all the time, and i can’t climb stairs because of high heart rate and i feel lack of breathe.

I should caution you on drinking the water - 4 liters at your weight is too much!
Divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of water per day. In addition, you should use 1/8 tsp of salt per each 16 oz of water. The best way to do it is to let the salt dissolve on your tongue and then wash it down with the water.
You should probably get some potassium and magnesium and calcium supplements along with a good multivitamin. Orange juice is a good source for the potassium, but since potassium needs salt to work properly, if you go this route, limit the amount to 8 oz of juice and mix 1/8 tsp of salt in it - you’ll barely notice a difference in taste.
Finally, there are certain times to drink the water. Do the water/salt 30 minutes before eating and again 2 to 2 1/2 hours after eating to complete the digestion process.
This should solve both of your problems (low BP and high heartbeat).
Is. get evaluated for anemia. Then rule ouot dehydration then look at physcial conditioning. Actualy, dehydration is easiest to r/o. Drink lots (4 L water) over 1 day. My money is on low iron and lack of conditioning.
You need to get checked out by a doctor soon. Something isn’t right if you are normal weight, non-smoker and non-drinker and get out of breath from climbing stairs and have an elevated heart rate. Definitely not normal for a 19 year old.
